Agribusiness Concept Development

Many farmers have recognised the opportunities associated with agribusiness and agritourism and are actively investigating ways to include trails and associated infrastructure on their land.

We have delivered trail potential assessments, developed concept trail networks, and provided trail related advice to farmers and investors who are considering purchasing a farm to develop a trail network.

In addition, many farmers with land that adjoins a rail trail are investigating ways to provide experiences that appeal to rail trail users to generate additional revenue streams for their farms.

Our investigations, mapping and concept plans have been used by farmers to develop budgets and development programs, to confirm approval requirements, and to make investment decisions.
