Logan City Council operates a range of MTB trail networks across its estate. Council officers identified the need to establish a management and governance framework to guide how trails were developed and managed.
We used our knowledge and experience to develop a suite of documents that provide a structured approach to trail development, management, and maintenance.
The framework documentation allows Council to make informed decisions regarding their trails, provide repeatable outcomes across their network, easily onboard new staff, and improve the overall functionality and riding experience provided by their trails.
