The township of Narooma, along with most areas on the south coast of NSW was heavily impacted by the 2019/20 bushfires.
Narooma MTB Club has been successful in securing funding through the bushfire recovery fund to expand their MTB trail network, and construct trail heads and associated infrastructure.
We have partnered with Natural Trails to provide client side project management services to deliver the project.
This involves us developing project governance arrangements, developing tender packages and undertaking tender evaluation, contractor onboarding and management, an ongoing construction quality assurance and progress reporting.
